If ANY of you think for one second that I am kidding... let me tell you. I... am... so... not... kidding.
Another SNAKE sighting today. Only this snake was 8 million times bigger than yesterday's. And the squirmy little devil was just hanging out right there next to our house!!! ARE... YOU... KIDDING... ME? Today's reaction: tears. Lots and lots of tears. Mostly because I don't want to move but WE HAVE TO... because, you see...
The snakes: They will come in. Through the toilets. Through the sump-pumps. Through the washing maching. Through the door that was left open a little too long. AND I will NOT be the one living here when they do...
SO... spread the word. HOUSE FOR SALE!!! YOU WILL GET A ***SCREAM*** OF A DEAL! (literally).
And I thought I said "The End." yesterday... I guess this is just the beginning...

Oh no! Yuck! This is so terrible. Isn't there some snake killing guy that can come and kill all of them for you? I am so sorry!
I am dying DYING you. Way super duper gross and disgusting and everything else. But I have to be honest and tell you that I laughed so hard reading your blog that I cried. Literally. Your low point of the day was strangely, oddly, irrationally the "high" point of mine! :) Love your guts. We'll talk tomorrow.
You know when I say "dying you" I really mean "dying FOR you" right? It's late (9:39pm!!! Wow I'm a night owl!) and I'm tired, what can I say?
Ha ha! Oh no! Can't you seriously spray against reptiles or something? Ha ha! Sorry!!
I think you need to put a plastic bubble around your house (after you have inspected for snakes). Have you talked to your neighbors about this problem? I don't think there is a pest control company that can protect against snakes...I know they can come remove them...but I don't know if they can prevent them. So, so sorry.
I hope any prospective buyers don't read your blog.
Not to mention when they come up through the duct work of the house, they LOVE the warm duct areas of the home, especially at night. Over your head, under your feet. Cute little snakes.
I read online that having a cat that lives outside in the yard helps keep snakes away. The cat(s) chase the snakes when they try and enter the yard and if the snake is successful in getting past the perimeter the cats eat them. Sick, but something to consider...
now you just need to train scooba to go after them...
You probably don't even know that I check in with your family once in awhile through your blog! These are your best posts yet!! It's HORRIBLE for you, but the experiences are vivid in my mind thanks to your colorful writing - I can still hear you yelling, jumping around in the middle of the driveway!! I will be scouting the internet for useful snake riddance information. (Charlotte)
